The 2025 English catalogue raisonné includes the complete 2024 catalogue raisonné and the 2025 supplement translated into English.
178 works, 376 pages, our entire archives, 1004 internal references, 362 lots auctioned by 108 auction houses in 9 countries, 361 editions of additional proofs, and 244 recent and archival photos.
The identical structure of the three documents
The original model: Our internal reference for the work, the characteristics of the model/plaster, its dimensions, the location of the signature, its ownership, and a detailed description of the work, both structural and emotional, as intended by the sculptor.
Archives: The main archival elements and documents relating to the work (photographs, sketches, pedestal drawings, ...).
Bibliography: Partial or complete articles and newspaper clippings relating to the work.
Proofs other than those included in the sales history: Proofs known through photographs of the sculptor, press articles, internet presence, or discovered through personal research, and which are not among those presented at auction sales, including:
our internal reference for the proof and, where applicable, the copy number, dimensions, patina, foundry, whether it is an early or posthumous proof, and additional personal information specific to the proof.
The three documents are structured in the same way according to the following seven paragraphs :
Auction sales history: These are all the proofs offered by auction houses, together with the lot details:
our internal reference for the sale, the copy number, the name of the foundry, whether it is an early or posthumous proof, the auction house, the sale date, the lot number, the low and high estimates, the hammer price, the commission rate, as well as the sale description as provided by the auction house.
Documentation: These are the websites where the lot can be found, possibly with results and photographs, such as the auction house itself, the website of La Gazette Drouot, the Gazette Drouot magazine with the date and page number, as well as on Artprice and Auction.
Other information: Additional and personal notes concerning the sales or the proofs themselves.
